Authentique

Everyone loves a good kitchen knife, right? Well, for a long time I have loved the design and aesthetics of original Sabatier knives and recently I've been building a quality collection from their Authentique range. In truth, it has been built for me in the form of generous presents by considerate family members and I just received the latest instalment - a beautiful 6" chef's knife. Deadly sharp new blade aside, there's a real added pleasure that comes from working with quality designed and considered products like these. Here's hoping that my family think the same...
